Terms and Conditions - 

A deposit of 50% secures the booking, with the balance due once tour is confirmed as going ahead.  By making payment, you agree to and accept the following Terms and Conditions.

• Since Naseby Night Sky Tours cannot guarantee ideal viewing conditions, some objects may not be clearly visible and possibly not visible at all.

• Please note that tours may be cancelled at very short notice due to weather conditions, examples of which are high wind speed (>20km/hr), overcast conditions, or when dangerous conditions are present on access to the site (eg: ice). Inclement weather and/or  environmental conditions may require the tour to be cancelled, in which case a full refund applies.  Naseby Night Sky Tours reserves the right to cancel or change the tour duration under such situations.

• If you cancel your tour more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour commencement time, a full refund will be given. 

• If you miss the departure bus, or cancel your tour less than 24 hours before the tour departs, we cannot issue a refund.

• Naseby nights can be very cold.  Tour participants must be dressed appropriately, including warm and wind-proof jacket and warm sturdy footwear as minimum requirements.  Woolen hat and gloves are recommended.  Children wearing glowing or light-up shoes/clothing are not permitted.  Failure to comply with these requirements may result in being refused entry.
